Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Safety & Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our food safety and quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assure preparation and attendance to internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA, and Food Safety and Quality Industrial Audit
* Cooperate with other departments in different audit activities, such as SMETA
* Guarantee internal audits, planning, execution, monitoring, and training of auditors
* Monitor Quality KPIs, including consumer complaints, non-conformities, glass & hard plastic checks, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on action plans
* Coordinate and manage CAPA status updates and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on implementation/follow-up
* Update HACCP plans using risk analysis method, manage and coordinate the food safety team
* Coordinate and manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on implementation
* Manage traceability in the plant and coordinate required simulation for traceability
* Conduct training in Food Safety, GMP in Production, GMP for Maintenance, PRPs etc
* Draft Manuals & Procedures and Manage Plant Quality Documentation System
* Coordinate and manage Food Safety related projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in food science, food chemistry, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant Quality systems experience in the food industry. Additionally, they should have good knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 requirements and be familiar with production techniques and quality standards for the food industry.
