This role ensures that all works are delivered in compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client quality standards, with a strong focus on right-first-time delivery. The role operates on the contractor / subcontractor side, working closely with construction, commissioning, and project teams to ensure smooth system completion and successful project close-out.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality AssuranceDevelop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract and client requirementsEnsure compliance with project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and regulatory standardsManage inspection and test plans (ITPs) and oversee site inspectionsReview and close out NCRs, observations, and punch list items in collaboration with site teamsLiaise with client QA teams, consultants, and inspectors during audits and inspectionsTurnover & HandoverLead the turnover strategy from early project stages through to final handoverDefine and manage system boundaries, completion scopes, and handover milestonesCoordinate mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activitiesEnsure accurate and timely compilation of turnover documentation, including but not limited to:Test packsAs-built recordsO&M manualsCertificates and compliance documentationManage final handover packages to the client and support system acceptanceCoordination & ReportingWork closely with Construction Managers, Commissioning Leads, Document Control, and Project ControlsTrack and report QA and turnover progress against programme milestonesProvide weekly and monthly report as required by Leo Lynch Project team and clientMaintain accurate records within project CDE systems (e.g. Dalux, Aconex or similar)Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Experience & QualificationsProven experience in managing QA, Turnover, Commissioning and Completion on pharmaceutical, industrial or data centre projectsStrong understanding of contractor-side delivery and construction executionFamiliarity with inspection, testing, and commissioning workflowsExperience managing handover documentation and system turnover processesWorking knowledge of QA standards and procedures (ASME and ISO 9001 experience desirable)Strong stakeholder management and coordination skillsExperience with CDE / document management systems (e.g. EIDA, Dalux, Aconex, Procore or similar)Strong documentation control and reporting capabilityAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
