Our client, a well-established and highly regarded retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their busy store in West County Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven and customer-focused individual to lead a multi-department retail environment, managing categories including fashion, accessories, and beauty.
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, highly organised, and confident in managing both people and product in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and maintain the highest levels of customer service and in-store experience
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
3. Lead your team, ensuring high morale, motivation, and performance
4. Ensure retail visual and commercial standards are delivered
5. Drive sales growth across all product categories
Requirements:
6. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail management role
7. Strong leadership and people development skills
8. Commercially minded with a strategic approach to retail performance
9. Highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
10. Excellent customer service ethos and problem-solving abilities
11. Creative and detail-oriented, with strong visual merchandising instincts
