Job Opportunity:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the commercial team of a fast-growing contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise the value of applications to clients by overseeing measurements
* Review programmes for delays, disruptions, damage and subcontract programmes
* Manage payment applications up and down stream with accuracy and efficiency
* Lead the commercial management of contracts and cost reporting
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* Minimum 5 years experience in a fast-paced commercial environment with excellent interpersonal skills
* Proven track record in a similar role preferably from a main contractor/specialist contractor with exposure to CSA, mechanical and electrical packages
