Job Summary:
BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Service Crew Member to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
* Take orders, process payments, and operate the till efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
* Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to licensing laws.
* Provide recommendations and upsell drinks and promotions where appropriate.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in bar service and hospitality role is compulsory.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
* Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
