You will also be sourcing new products, attending trade shows and ensuring the product range evolves to meet the needs of an expanding customer base. Your proactive work ethic and an interest in the fast-paced distribution industry will be essential. Responsibilities Drive continuous improvements in procurement processes and systems. Prepare cost estimates and monitor budgets to achieve financial targets. Assess and manage inventory requirements, ensuring all procured items meet quality standards and specifications. Negotiate contracts, pricing and timelines to maintain strong supplier relationships. Identify and source new products while developing and implementing effective purchasing strategies. Manage supplier partnerships and utilise the ERP system for efficient stock replenishment and accurate demand forecasting. Lead and oversee the procurement function across the organisation. Requirements Experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment such as retail or distribution.
