Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across residential facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
* Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff, fostering culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
* Deliver ongoing training and cross-training to ensure skilled and engaged workforce.
* Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and empathy, taking ownership of resolution to ensure satisfaction.
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver service in alignment with brand standards.
* Manage inventories, requisitions, and departmental supplies with focus on cost control and sustainability.
* Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of materials and equipment.
* Maintain records and reports in line with health & safety requirements.
* Champion compliance in all safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with senior management to review daily schedules, guest requirements, and performance data.
