This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent, while shaping innovative recruitment strategies that support Abbott’s continued success.You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a deep understanding of business priorities and workforce needsPartner with Hiring Managers and HR to define role requirements and success criteriaDesign and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for each roleProactively source talent using digital platforms, social media, and direct sourcing techniquesChampion innovative approaches across Social, Digital, and Mobile recruitment channelsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboardingConduct structured, competency-based screening and interviewsSupport or lead assessment centres where requiredLead offer management, including salary negotiations and contract issuanceMaintain accurate recruitment data in Workday (ATS) and provide reporting and insightsDrive employee referral programmes to maximise internal talent pipelinesProvide market intelligence and insights to influence hiring strategiesIdentify challenges proactively and implement effective recruitment solutionsAbout YouYou are an energetic, people-focused professional who thrives on building connections and influencing outcomes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent)Proven experience in talent acquisition (ideally with both agency and in-house exposure)Strong sourcing capability across modern tools and platformsExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processesFluent in English (additional languages an advantage)Key Skills & StrengthsExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsNatural ability to engage, motivate, and influence othersHigh energy, resilience, and accountability in a results-driven environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative mindset with a strong focus on stakeholder partnershipCommercial awareness and data-driven decision-makingWhat Makes You SuccessfulThis role is built on connection and influence.
