Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Dublin City – One Day a week
Our Client: A Private Equity backed company renowned globally as a leader in its sector. They are currently seeking to add a Finance Manager to their function.

This is a unique role where the successful candidate will be involved in all things commercial across the group. You will be working closely with the Group CFO who has established a best-in-class finance function. The role will involve adding value on all things commercial with regular exposure to senior executives (Financial & Non-Financial).
Who should apply?
* Senior Financial Accountant/Group Accountant or Finance Manager in a plc or large corporate
* Candidates with 6+ years PQE
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to influence change
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial audiences of all levels of a multi-national organisation
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Group FC and will entail:
* Detailed preparation of the full cash flow for investments and transactions
* Carrying out analysis and reporting on the monthly Profit and Loss movements
* Managing the co-ordination and preparation of audit files and the statutory financial statements
* Managing treasury activities
* Responsible for statutory filing of Accounts, VAT, Stat returns, etc.
* Assist in the group consolidation process
* Responsible for internal valuation reporting
* Liaise with internal and external auditors
* Carry out work on ad-hoc projects as they arise, working with multiple teams
* Work on the finance aspects of mergers, liquidations and dissolutions of entities
* Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
