Base pay range
Full-time Flexible Security Supervisor Cover needed for a Pharma environment and office buildings in Dublin and the surrounding area.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:30
Purpose of the Job
To provide security services on client sites as required in line with client and company procedures, ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to at all times.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Present for work at the designated time at the location required
* Follow on-site security requirements, including but not limited to internal and external patrols
* Monitoring CCTV cameras and footage
* Access control and monitoring
* Searching people and vehicles as and when required
* Report any security events in the onsite log
* Deal with emergency situation,s including alerts and evacuations
* Establishing parameters and access control
* Support emergency services
* Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format,t adhering to all quality procedures from both a company and client perspective
* Liaise with the client and their National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* A good working knowledge of English
* Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices
* Requirement to hold an active PSA license
* Driving license & eligibility to work in Ireland
* Experience in security, corporate environment
* Experience with managing people / similar role - desirable
