Community Nurse Team
Reporting to the Community Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will be delivering responsive person-centred care within the Horizons Community.
This team will respond to the evolving health needs of the People We Support (PWS), through compassionate care, innovative approaches and sustainable practices, while actively promoting the health and wellbeing of the PWS across various settings within Horizons.
Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc.
Possess a relevant third level qualification in Nursing, be on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Possess a valid up to date work visa to work in Ireland
Have very good interpersonal skills and the flexibility to meet the changing needs of the people Horizons supports are essential requirements
Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Have proficent IT Skills
Be flexibile and a team player
A full clean driving license is essential
