Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide support to the Group HR Director in executing key people initiatives during a period of organisational transformation. This fixed-term contract, spanning 18 months, includes comprehensive benefits.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop frameworks for Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organisational Design, encompassing job architecture, grading, succession planning, and role specification.
* Manage and oversee L&D metrics and reporting (participation, spend, effectiveness).
* Cultivate data collection to create talent maps across the Group.
* Collaborate on designing and delivering manager workshops on frameworks (job architecture, succession, L&D processes).
Essential Requirements:
* 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Organisational Design, with an in-depth understanding of job architecture, grading frameworks, succession planning, and talent mapping.
* A proven track record of conceiving or supporting manager training and development initiatives.
* Relevant Third-level business, HR, or training qualifications are necessary.
* Fully licensed drivers required for travel to offices.
