Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, and all other aspects of daily living.
* Assist residents with their care needs, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support.
* Provide attention when needed, while ensuring residents retain their comfort and dignity.
* Closely monitor residents who may be confused or have behavioural problems.
* Assist in the promotion of continence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* FETEC/NFQ 5 or equivalent.
* Willingness to participate in training and development.
