Structured Finance Analyst

As part of the Global Corporate Trust team, you will provide trustee and agency services for debt and loan market products. The position is based in Dublin and focuses on ABS, RMBS, CMBS transactions, loan servicing, cash management and relationship management.
Key accountabilities
Maintain a portfolio of deals and related tasks including invoice collection, investor report validation, servicer data collection, loan collection and interest payment date reconciliations.
Act as a focal point for allocated clients.
Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of transactions.
Maintain accurate ledgers for portfolio deals – balance and transaction details.
Instruct external payments for portfolio deals.
Accurately report cash movements/positions to Treasury daily.
Liaise with operations on new transaction implementation.
Resolve transactional and deal‑related issues.
Interpret transaction documents to decipher complex cash movements, legal and deal‑specific requirements.
Perform cash flow entries related to closing activities and subsequent funding with the Account Manager.
Review and respond to customer requests and investor inquiries timely and accurately.
Build and develop client relationships.
Maintain current industry knowledge and comply with all company policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
Adhere to all policies and procedures and implement and monitor controls.
Skills & experience required
Knowledge of corporate trust products and market.
1–2 years of direct experience in structured finance or related industry.
Relevant experience in financial services, preferably within a similar role.
Or recent qualification in finance (degree or masters).
Good client‑skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge or experience with macros (advantage).
Ability to operate within a busy team environment, build relationships across business lines and strong communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage a heavy and varied workload with strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet demanding and tight deadlines.
Strong transaction management skills.
Strong administrative skills.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
