Team Leader Role
The successful Team Leader will be responsible for leading the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations and makes a difference in the local community.
About the Role:
* Lead the store team to follow store policies, standards, and practices.
* Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders.
* Be a positive role model to the team and represent the company's values.
* Train, manage the workload, and support the team while being hands-on in-store.
* Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance.
* Actively promote and get involved in initiatives to support the local community.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a team.
* Natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members.
* Target driven to help the store achieve its business plans and priorities.
* Able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.
