Our company is looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing contracts in the West of Ireland, working with clients to ensure performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our team in the West of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing contracts to ensure they meet business and client expectations. They will also be responsible for helping and encouraging the team to achieve financial results and consistently perform exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the contract and be the first point of contact between the business and the client.
* Client Management: Build a working relationship with the client through clear, honest and open communication.
* Team Management: Lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve all goals and targets.
* KPI Management: Work with on-site Supervisors to ensure that we are meeting our obligations under the contract.
* Monitor and control all aspects of personnel management, including recruitment and selection, performance management, and ongoing learning and development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in Contract Management in a B2B Service or Facilities business.
* Proven multi-disciplinary experience in operational, contract, commercial, and project management.
* Management exposure in a client-facing role - minimum of 3+ years of multi-site contract management experience, whilst managing a large team of people.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in building relationships with clients.
* Flexibility and ability to travel sites across the West of Ireland when required.
