The Role
As our Mid-Level Art Director/Designer, you will be central to shaping the visual identity of Bitemark’s client work and cultural presence. This role is ideal for a creative who is both a conceptual thinker and a masterful craftsperson, capable of translating big ideas into visually arresting work across campaigns, content, branding, and experiences.
You will collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and production partners, as well as our clients, to develop concepts that challenge norms and spark conversations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conceptualise and execute visually bold, culturally relevant ideas across digital, social, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
2. Lead design direction from ideation through execution, mood boards, storyboards, style frames, and final deliverables.
3. Collaborate with the Creative Director and wider team to elevate the agency’s creative output.
4. Own the visual language and brand consistency for both client campaigns and Bitemark’s identity.
5. Stay on top of cultural trends, emerging aesthetics, and tech innovations, bringing these insights into your work.
6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that thrives on agility and bold decision-making.
About You
1. 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio setting, with a portfolio demonstrating originality, polish, and cultural relevance.
2. A strong eye for design and typography, with excellent taste and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work across formats, from pitch decks and digital assets to experiential design and motion graphics.
4. Comfortable owning ideas and pushing them through to final delivery.
5. Collaborative and adaptable, but unafraid to bring edge and opinion to the table.
6. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. Motion/3D skills are a plus.
