Our client is a well established insurance broker with multiple locations based around Ireland. They are now on the lookout for a new member of staff to join their company on the commercial insurance team as a Commercial Insurance Broker on the existing business team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and retain an existing portfolio of SME and commercial clients
* Handle annual renewals from start to finish, including remarketing where required
* Negotiate renewal terms with insurers to secure competitive cover and pricing
* Process mid-term adjustments, endorsements, and policy amendments
* Provide professional advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients
* Identify cross-selling and portfolio growth opportunities
* Maintain accurate records on CRM and policy administration systems
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurer partners
Candidate Profile:
* APA Commercial qualified (minimum) – CIP desirable
* 1–2+ years' experience in commercial insurance
* Strong personal lines candidates with exposure to renewals will also be considered
* Experience managing renewals and existing client portfolios
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and compliance-aware
* Commercially minded with an ability to identify growth opportunities
* Ambitious and motivated to progress within the commercial insurance sector
