Responsible for overseeing morning operations at a hotel. Oversees food and beverage department, reports to General Manager and supports Heads of Department.
Key duties include managing morning shift staff, providing exceptional guest service, resolving customer issues and ensuring quality standards are met during peak hours.
Requirements: extensive F&B knowledge, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of cash management, strong organisational skills, hands-on approach and ability to lead and motivate a team.
