To participate in a structured Wholesale & Retail learnership programme that integrates classroom-based learning with practical in-store/workplace experience, leading to a nationally recognised qualification on the NQF framework.

South African Citizen
Below the age of 35
Have a N6 certificate in the following: Procurement / Buying / Stock Control Expertise / Sales
Have not participated in a W&R SETA Internship before or any other graduate program/internship
Have little to no experience in the field
