Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in managing commercial aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports.
* Oversee the preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims.
* Prepare Internal and External Project Cashflow information, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
* Led by you, Change Control will involve identifying, negotiating, and agreeing on terms with clients.
