Therapy Assistant- Acute Hospital, Co. Kildare
Therapy Assistant required for long term locum role in an acute hospital across a number of specific wards.
As a Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for completing prescribed therapy tasks and work under the direction and guidance of the relevant therapy professional across the following disciplines:
·Occupational Therapy (OT)
·Physiotherapy (PT)
·Speech and Language Therapy (SLT)
·Dietetics (Diet)
Tasks will be designated by an assigned PT/OT/SLT/Dietician. They will not provide any additional intervention on request of any other discipline.
This role will be rostered over a 5/7 day period and will involve providing assistance to therapy professional across the all four disciplines.
