Financial Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our financial operations in County Kerry.
* Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Manage financial risk, internal controls, and company procedures.
* Support the CFO in strategic planning, including profitability analysis and cost control.
* Lead the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
Key Requirements:
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services or relevant industry experience.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
