Job Title: People Operations Specialist
Contract Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a
People Operations Specialist
to support and enhance the end-to-end employee and candidate journey across a global organisation. In this role, you will be a key partner to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence, helping deliver efficient, people-centric HR operations at scale.
What you'll do
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, people managers, and employees
* Act as a People Operations partner to recruiters, providing operational support across the hiring lifecycle, including interview scheduling, coordination, and TA process support
* Support Talent Acquisition Operations to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities and a positive recruiter and candidate experience
* Manage and prioritise Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR cases across time zones, ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery
* Execute global People Operations processes aligned to People Products, including offer letters, contracts, employee data processing, policy guidance, learning platform support, and live agent/chat services
* Escalate HR cases when required, using sound judgment to mitigate SLA risks and ensure timely resolution
* Promote employee self-service by leveraging and maintaining internal knowledge base content
* Ensure high standards of data integrity across HR systems and documentation
* Perform audits and validations of HR case transactions as required
* Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to team leadership to reduce risk and improve efficiency
* Support projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the development of SOPs and response templates
What we're looking for
* 2–4 years' experience in HR Operations or a centralised HR/customer support environment supporting global teams
* Strong understanding of HR processes, tools, and HR technology
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, global environment
* Proven experience supporting HR operations within the EMEA region
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
