Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design intent is met
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence
* Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource plans
* Oversight site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience managing construction projects in similar scales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation
* Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related trade
