Seeking a seasoned quantity surveyor to lead cost planning, estimation and budgeting for large-scale projects across Ireland.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or construction economics, with at least 5 years of experience in a quantity surveyor role, preferably within construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
* Manage all aspects of cost planning, estimation and budgeting for projects
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts on high-value projects, utilising your strong negotiation and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in quantity surveying or construction economics
* At least 5 years' experience in a quantity surveyor role, ideally within construction, infrastructure or engineering projects
* Confident managing costs and contracts on high-value projects
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, commercially aware and able to work independently
What You Can Expect
* Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 (dependent on experience)
* Full-time, permanent contract
