Our client is seeking an experienced
Revenue Systems Manager
to take full ownership of their Revenue Management (RM) systems landscape, ensuring strong performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This role blends hands-on system management with the development of best practices across forecasting, pricing, overbooking, and inventory control to maximise commercial revenue. The ideal candidate brings deep RM expertise, strong technical proficiency, and a passion for driving system optimisation and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the full Revenue Management systems portfolio, ensuring strong performance, accurate configuration, and reliable data integrity.
* Lead system optimisation, parameter tuning, upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance across all RM platforms.
* Work with technology teams and external vendors to enhance capabilities and support future developments such as dynamic pricing and AI-driven optimisation.
* Define, document, and embed best practices across forecasting, pricing, segmentation, overbooking, and inventory control.
* Benchmark RM processes against industry standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide training, guidance, and support to build capability across the RM team.
* Collaborate closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure RM systems support wider business objectives.
* Coordinate with partner businesses or alliances to ensure system and process alignment where required.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Aviation, Data Science, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
* Experience in revenue management or RM systems management.
* Strong understanding of RM principles including forecasting, optimisation, dynamic pricing, segmentation, and inventory management.
* Proven experience leading system upgrades, enhancements, or transformation initiatives in a complex environment.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and commercial teams.
* Strong Excel and SQL capabilities; experience with Python, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
