Operations Compliance Specialist
As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate documentation. The Operations Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our manufacturing operations by ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date, complete, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management: Manage the authoring and drafting of all types of Manufacturing Operations documentation, including specifications and associated forms.
2. Document Updates: Support document updates and manage timelines for cross-functional projects.
3. Controlled Document System: Act as a Subject Matter Expert/Superuser on the Controlled Document System to facilitate processing and approval of documents.
4. Document Round Table Meetings: Organize and facilitate document round table meetings with cross-functional teams as required.
5. Metrics Management:
The Operations Compliance Specialist is also responsible for managing Quality Veeva QMS metrics for Manufacturing Operations.
