This is a senior role offering leadership responsibility and a key position within a growing business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with HACCP and customer standardsOversee staff training, internal audits, and compliance reportingManage food safety, quality, and customer specifications for all productsApprove labels and artwork for compliance with food legislationInvestigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actionsManage product and environmental testing and report performance trendsLiaise with regulatory bodies and prepare for audits and inspectionsProvide technical support to production teams and supervise lab operationsStay up to date with relevant food safety legislation and update processes as requiredWhat You'll Need:Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fieldProven experience in a senior quality or technical role within the food sectorStrong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and food law complianceExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
