We are seeking a Staff Grade Dietitian to join our acute hospital team in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in maternity and acute medicine while working closely with senior dietitians, management, and other allied health professionals in a collaborative environment.
1. Provide comprehensive nutrition care planning for patients within the acute hospital setting.
2. Deliver evidence-based nutrition advice and education to patients and their families.
3. Support the management of patients with diabetes and/or maternity-related nutritional needs.
4. Promote effective communication among consultants, nurses, midwives, and the multidisciplinary team towards optimal patient outcomes."],
