OverviewWe have an exciting, varied and busy role for a Quality Systems Administrator to join a multi-functional team based at our Charleville site. This is a busy varied customer focussed role managing customer complaints to a high level of customer satisfaction. Kerry, we operate multiple manufacturing facilities in the southwest of Ireland, including Listowel, Charleville, Newmarket, and Farranfore. Additionally, we manage 29 Farm & Home stores throughout the region, ensuring comprehensive coverage and service. In 2024, we achieved a turnover of approximately €1.3 billion, reflecting our commitment to excellence and growth.Key responsibilitiesManage customer complaints - gather / trend / instigate investigation if trending / generate response and send to complaint handler, if needed have translated.Review new artwork proposals using standard templateManage updating database & visual standards on the floor if new packaging design is due to be introduced by generating new standard and retrieving / removing old standards incl upload to SharePoint.Maintain packaging library in technical and intake offices.Ensure supplier approval is maintained for all suppliers not covered by Kerry central CoS incl update of approved supplier list & RA.Complete CoA check for all incoming ingredients & ensure SAP checks in place for all new materialsComplete tasks as per Food Defence plan e.g. arrange for samples to be gathered/ labelled and send for nutritional or micro (external) testing ; arrange for lab equipment incl e.g. T probes to be calibrated to schedule by sending external after raising PO, ensuring stock of palletising & NC books & production labels is maintainedComplete inspections relating to Quality systems e.g. RSPO / Supplier approvalFollow up on customer queries / monitor shared email boxReporting Kerry KPI metrics on e.g. complaints, micro testing, auditing, standard adherence etc.Administration task to aid change management and document controlFollow up on any recommendations raised by Pest control ProviderSupport with swabbing, lab work, investigations, mock traces and projects in factory as requiredSupport Supplier Non-Conformance handling when needed e.g. log NC and responses on KPI recordWhat you can bring to the roleUnderstanding of microbiology, food manufacture and associated riskAttention to detail coupled with strong problem solving abilityTeam focus - strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA demonstrated numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process dataAbility to adapt to a fast paced environment with changing requirementsUnderstand the concept of close out to rootcause to prevent repeat issues.Proficient with Excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP, IntelexAttention to detail and able to work independentlyWhat will I get in return?At Kerry Dairy Ireland, we believe in giving talented, curious people the opportunity to make a difference.We work as a team, searching for the best ways to inspire food and nourish life.We are a community of innovators, working across disciplines to solve global food challenges with a fresh approach.
