Applications are invited for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for the Infusion Suite – Oncology. We are looking for an experienced, self‑motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join and lead our dedicated team in the Infusion Suite – Oncology.
Essential Requirements
Registered General Nurse on the live register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Minimum of 5 years post‑registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior nursing leadership role (CNM1, Acting CNM2, or equivalent).
Significant experience in infusion therapy, oncology, haematology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, ambulatory care, or a related specialty.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and service improvement initiatives.
Desirable Criteria
Management qualification or postgraduate qualification in Nursing, Leadership, Oncology, Haematology, or a related specialty.
Experience in private healthcare.
Experience in quality improvement, audit, accreditation, and governance processes.
Cannulation and central venous access device competency.
