Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent service to guests at all times.

* Ensuring smooth completion of front office operations.
* Check-in and check-out of guests at reception.
* Dealing with guest queries.
* Processing payment for guests' bills on check-out.
* Organising check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations.
* Taking reservation calls when required.
