You will be looking for a broad role covering a wide area of responsibility within the business.This role is flexible hours based in the office in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 or hybrid with remote working option part of the week.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction of monthly P&L, balance sheet and management reporting packPreparation of sales invoices and submission; including cross referencing of payroll hours reports, tracking billable expenses and client PO tracking and reporting.Monthly review of debtors and creditors ledgers and payment collection.Preparation, reconciliation and filing of revenue VAT and payroll tax returns in Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and RomaniaBudget and forecast management across all departments - HR, Operations, Training, Management and Office.Internal PO system managementConduct annual RFPs for supplier services, and in particular our security partners across Europe, our uniform and telecom suppliers and our IT partnersMonthly Financial ReconciliationsBIF ReportingEnsure accuracy of Subcontractor Invoices and matching hours of service and cross billing to clientPrepare Cash Flow Projections for a Two Month period to manage cash flowAbility to identify process improvements and cost savingsCarry out review and costing of profitability of current and potential customersAd hoc projectsLiaise with both internal and external auditors as required.RequirementsDegree qualified with professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CPA)Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance function management role.
