Job Title: Senior Administrator - Transfer Agency Location: Dublin Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Contract Length: 6 months Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Transfer Agency team.
This role is pivotal in overseeing daily deliverables, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring effective risk oversight through bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Transfer Agency operations, a keen focus on client service, and the ability to manage the lifecycle of transfer agency processes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversight of Daily Deliverables: Manage and oversee the daily tasks performed by our outsource provider, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Monitor workflow and swiftly resolve any arising issues.
Client Service Excellence:Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Risk Oversight:Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting client services.
Transfer Agency Expertise:Exhibit broad knowledge of Transfer Agency processes, including but not limited to fund setup and maintenance, shareholder servicing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Understand the entire lifecycle of Transfer Agency, from onboarding through to ongoing servicing.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practises and procedures.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency or a related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of Transfer Agency operations, including fund setup, shareholder servicing, and compliance.
Strong understanding of the Transfer Agency lifecycle.
Excellent client service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with financial systems and AI tools.
