The finance team support all three businesses, and the consolidated Three Rock Group parent entities, and this role will provide support across the full group.
ABOUT THE ROLE Chill are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our company in the role of Senior Finance Manager for a 12-month contract who will play a key role in supporting our growth plans.
Reporting directly to the CFO your responsibilitieswill span commercial finance analysis and support, financial and management reporting and financial control activities; as well as support ad hoc financial project work, as required.
Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of financial reports and monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy and appropriate supporting detail is in place.
Lead the Finance team through annual Financial Audit process.
Drive improvement in finance process efficiency, control, and rigour; and lead and/or assist in various finance and business projects.
Support in preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Group, including Board deliverables; Preparation of Monthly Board report providing detailed commentary on business performance analysis.
Preparing special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
Continuous review of business drivers to add additional value to the Groups businesses.
Work with managers across the business - in maintaining and developing a structure of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
Ensuring tax compliance and timely tax filings across multiple entities and annual statutory audit acting as lead contact for external auditors.
Managing the team with responsibility across accounting, financial,and administrative tasks.
Undertake any other relevant duties as required.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 3 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
Be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGMA) with experience in a previous management capacity; taking full responsibility for all the elements of the finance function.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills (numerical and written).
Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels in the organisation, inside and outside of the finance function.
Can effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with different audiences.
Possess energy and positive attitude with a desire to drive constant improvement and change; Flexible work ethos and commitment to deliver.
Highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point.
Experience in working in a fast-paced, Excel-based finance environment.
