We are seeking a People Officer & Data Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Group People Officer, this is a full-time position based in our Central Support Office in Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin.What We Offer• Competitive Salary• Company phone and laptop provided• Childcare Discount should it be applicable• Free Parking at sites and office base• Permanent Health Insurance and Death in Service cover• Opportunities for international travel• Further opportunities for development and growthRole ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProviding guidance on all policies and proceduresSupport the recruitment processes with data and statistics for trends and patternsBeing actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring processAssisting in performance management and employee evaluationSupporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records according to policy and legal requirementsReviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal complianceCompiling HR data and metrics from the Human Resource information system and payroll outputsProviding ongoing monthly / weekly reports to the HR Manager such as Absenteeism, Turnover, Staff Qualifications, Work Permits, FTE (Staff / Children)Working alongside Management teams to establish business needsContribute to system decision-making, scoping and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategyThis list is not exhaustive and will be reviewed and added to as the role progresses.Required QualificationsRequirements:Level 8 HR or Business Psychology Degree18 months to 3 years in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced level of ExcelKnowledge of One Advanced TMS & iCIMS ATS desirableExperience with Industrial RelationsBe proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environmentCapable of working on own initiative and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbalStrong attention to detailMust have eligibility to work in the EUMust have full clean driver's licenceThe successful candidate will be required to attend ongoing Recruitments events in Europe and in IrelandKnowledge of Spanish an advantage
