Join a dynamic team of recruitment professionals as we seek an experienced Logistics and Warehousing Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics and warehousing roles across both temporary and permanent desks.
The successful candidate will develop and nurture strong client relationships, source, screen, and interview candidates to build and maintain a strong, ready-to-place talent pipeline. They will advertise roles effectively using multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates, coordinate and manage client interviews, candidate feedback, offers, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs, excellent sourcing capabilities across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting, and knowledge of Irish employment legislation. Key Responsibilities:
