Order Management 12 month contract Dublin City/hybrid Role Overview Lead and scale order management and billing operations within the Revenue Accounting team, driving process improvements, financial accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities Manage billing and order operations with accuracy and timeliness Resolve complex billing issues (contract changes, pricing, disputes) Lead UAT for product launches and advise on billing impacts Support month-end close (contracts, usage, invoicing, journal entries) Track metrics to inform decision-making Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, GTM, Engineering, etc.) Improve processes, systems, and customer experience Own RFPs and implementation of order management tools Ensure compliance, controls, audit readiness, and documentation Requirements 7+ years in billing/order management (SaaS/tech), with review experience Experience with systems like Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Zuora, etc.
