Title:Lettings Manager - PRSLocation:Central DublinSalary:€65,000 - €70,000 + excellent benefits packageContract:Fixed Term Contract (14 Months)The Company:Global provider of real estate advisory services and one of Ireland's leading third party providers of property management services to Institutional clients in the PRS Sector.The Role:14 month fixed term maternity leave contract. Oversee all leasing activity on a large scale, PRS development in central Dublin. The scheme is best in class and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to act as key member of their on-site management team.The role requires someone who is able to work independently in a busy office whilst working as a part of a dedicated onsite team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong customer service ethic. You will be surrounded by an excellent team who are highly experienced in the property industry. You will be responsible for the Letting of vacant of units and ensuring that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all leasing data.Key Responsibilities:Arranging and conducting viewings/tours at a large PRS developmentDealing with letting's enquiries (phone, email and portal) on a daily basisResponding to phone and email queries in a swift mannerPreparing tenancy agreementsGathering reference and & ID from tenants and carry out thorough reference checkingPreparing paperwork required for letting's administration and filing paperwork when letting is completedAchieve best results for clients in relation to new letting's and occupancy levelsManaging and maintaining a database of applicants/prospective tenantsAd hoc duties as assignedRequirements:Appropriate third level and/or professional qualificationBe a PSRA License Holder (C)Be fully familiar with The Residential Tenancies Acts At least 3 years' experience in lettings / property managementStrong communication and organisation skillsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook and wider IT CRM systemsA customer service orientated individual.
