Mayo, Ireland, F12 N6V2. Typical duties include:Providing first‑ and second‑line technical support to users via phone, email, and remote support tools.Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues.Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.Managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within company systems.Monitoring IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and business application issues.Supporting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, and VPN connectivity.Escalating complex technical issues to senior engineers or third‑party vendors where required.Maintaining accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions through ticketing systems.Assisting with software deployment, upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.Providing technical guidance and training to end users on IT systems and applications.Participating in IT projects, including system migrations, hardware rollouts, and infrastructure improvements.Ensuring compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity procedures, and data protection requirements.Assisting with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.Minimum annual remuneration: €36,605.
