Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, drive partner success, and support business growth. You will collaborate within a cross-functional squad, working with engineering, design, insights, and commercial teams to develop and optimize products aligned with business goals. A deep understanding of our partners, customers, and suppliers is essential to translate insights into impactful product solutions.
Reporting to: Head of Product
Main Accountabilities and Key Tasks:
1. Product Development & Delivery: Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
2. Market & Customer Insights: Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to inform product strategy.
3. Roadmap & Prioritisation: Identify opportunities to improve product performance and business impact through clear prioritization and roadmap management.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
5. Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key product KPIs to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote ongoing product enhancements by leveraging insights, experimentation, and customer feedback to foster innovation.
7. Strategic Alignment: Ensure product initiatives support CarTrawler's overall strategy, contributing to revenue growth and improved partner/customer experiences.
