Property Administrator Maternity Cover: (October25-September 2026)

Morrison Estates & Lettings is an established Estate & Letting agency based in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
We have busy sales & lettings departments focused on delivering the very best customer service to all of our clients.
We are currently looking for someone with a Maternity Leave Cover contract for our Sandyford office. This position will entail coordinating administration services for our busy office team and dealing with enquiries, booking viewings, setting up leases, and providing general back up for our tenancies portal and for the team.
We have very user friendly software systems and full training will be provided.
The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with Vendors, Solicitors, Landlords and Tenants throughout the sales or letting process.

Duties will include:
* Meet and greet clients calling in to reception
* Communicating professionally with our valued existing clients
* Dealing with sales and lettings enquiries by email and phone and appointment booking and viewings
* Dealing with references and rental applications
* Preparing leases through our IT systems and use of DocuSign
* Monitoring deposit & effective system of rent collection payments and follow up where payments are not made
* Maintaining company website and property portals for current stock
* Using and updating company IT and management systems
* Dealing with maintenance repair request issues
* Track Maintenance requests and schedule maintenance crew, trades, and uploading invoices to accounts and follow up to ensure completion of works.
* Conduct tenant relations with the intent of achieving and maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.
* Ensure new tenants administrations are correctly entered into the system.
* Assist with marketing and advertising.
* Creating brochures and window displays
* Carry out ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.
Requirements:
* Previous Estate Agent or Letting Agent office experience an advantage (but not essential)
* Experience in a similar administrative customer environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* MS office skills including Word and Excel and Outlook
* Excellent telephone manner required
* Have a flair for multi-tasking in an exciting varied role
Start Date: We are flexible with start date and we can offer immediate start for training or we have flexibility to delay the start date to facilitate notice period.
