Job Summary:
You combine strong managerial skills with proven sales expertise. You lead teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and inspire the team to uphold quality service and pursue continuous improvement in sales methods and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Require demonstrable, current experience in commercial vehicle sales.
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
· Able to sell a range of add-on products.
· Experienced with dealership finance processes and DMS.
· Capable of managing multiple clients and heavy workloads.
· Oversee daily commercial vehicle sales activities.
· Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
· Develop new business via traditional and digital channels.
· Convert leads using marketing and lead management systems.
· Assess client needs and record details accurately.
· Consistently meet sales targets.
· Coordinate with internal teams for operational efficiency.
· Ensure organisational and administrative effectiveness.
· Stay informed on products, market trends, and competitors.
· Support HR with recruitment and personnel matters.
· Track team performance, address underperformance.
· Organise team meetings and communicate updates.
· Ensure compliance with all sales laws and policies.
· Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally.
· Verify accuracy of vehicle valuations for clients.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
