Overview
The Operational Support Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Laser team in Eden Medical Clinics.
Responsibilities
* Operations & Administration
o Oversee and manage the day-to-day laser clinic operations
o Managing the laser team
o Doing daily administration and reporting tasks.
o Building relationships with Suppliers
o Manage workflow/diary and team schedules
o Cover and provide support to various clinic locations across Ireland
o Flexibility in supporting team, e.g. annual leave or sick cover etc
o Ensuring efficiencies of tasks
o Answering laser team queries
* Team Leadership & Support
o Mentor, coach, and motivate laser staff to achieve excellence in service and performance through KPI's.
o Support the onboarding and ongoing training of laser staff.
o Covering support team member when on annual leave
o Foster a positive team culture and promote staff retention and development.
* Commercial Growth
o Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase bookings, and improve profitability at clinic level.
o Encourage cross-clinic collaboration and idea sharing
Additional Requirements
* Based in Cork with travelling to other clinics 1-2 days a week.
* Working week: Mon-Friday
* Hours: 40 hours p/w incl. bank holidays
* Evenings and Occasional weekends
* Needs to have there own Car
* Additional driving expenses will be covered
