The Position
Joining the Forvis Mazars Talent Acquisition team is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, collaborative team where candidate experience and strong stakeholder partnerships are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a recruitment professional who is not only passionate about delivering exceptional hires but also thrives in cross‑functional collaboration and supports our hiring partners and team with best‑practice guidance and strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Managing the end to end experienced hire recruitment process for our offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Limerick
* Partnering with our HRBP's and Senior Leaders to understand hiring needs and develop appropriate recruitment strategies
* Managing multiple recruitment assignments and stakeholders while ensuring communication is maintained
* Develop tailored sourcing strategies: market insights and strategy planning
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
* Strong candidate experience from: sourcing, screening candidates, assessments, interview preparation to offer
* Manage candidates offer process and negotiations
* Experience of relocation, immigration guidance and tracking
* Data Integrity on all internal systems, trackers (ATS)
* Collaborating across multiple functions
* Managing relationships with 3rd parties
* Driver in for continuous improvement and updating of processes, procedures and strategic activities
* Representing Ireland amongst our international Forvis Mazars colleagues at global events sharing the best practice and programmatic work
* Liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders both in Ireland and within Forivs Mazars Group for secondment opportunities as well as collaborating on online recruitment marketing campaigns and promote our brand and our employer value proposition
Ideal Candidate
* You are an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist, committed to providing a best in class candidate and client experience
* You have strong in-house recruitment experience (ideally within professional services)
* You have experience with immigration and relocation of candidates
* Experienced in developing effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels and building strong pipelines
* Possess top tier interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders, business leaders and candidates alike
* You have excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong (Microsoft 365)
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Process driven with commitment to continuous improvement
