Your expertise will also enhance the reliability and efficiency of our platforms, influencing our product and engineering DevOps practices to ensure high system availability, scalability, and performance.Please note that this role is hybrid in Madrid (3 days per week in the office) – we provide a relocation package.ResponsibilitiesImplement, test, deliver, and maintain Nexthink's data importing and exporting features.Collaborate proactively with Product Management and other Engineering stakeholders to maintain high quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Advocate for improvements in product, security, quality, and performance.Write code that meets standards for style, maintainability, and best practices.Participate in code reviews to uphold these standards.Identify and address technical debt to improve team efficiency.Ship complex features and improvements.Handle L3 support requests alongside the team.Work within an agile, iterative/incremental mindset, actively participating in ceremonies.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Java developer in SaaS projects.Strong experience with Microservices frameworks; Micronaut experience is a plus.B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent), MSc preferred.Expertise with RESTful APIs and messaging systems like Kafka.Familiarity with unit, integration, and E2E testing.Experience with CI/CD is a plus.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented.Professional-level English proficiency in spoken and written communication.Additional InformationNexthink is pioneering a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of work, offering real-time analytics, automation, and employee feedback across endpoints.
