BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑driven
Supply Chain Lead
to support and enhance our subcontractor and supplier management processes. This role is essential to ensuring strong commercial governance, high‑quality supplier engagement, and continuous development of our supply chain ecosystem across UK&I.
You will work closely with project teams, procurement colleagues, and key supply chain partners to ensure compliance, performance excellence, and the adoption of innovative solutions.
This role can be based from any of our offices in Galway, Cork or Kildare.

Making Possible
* Conduct Subcontract Order Reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with procurement frameworks.
* Carry out D&B Vision Net Checks and due diligence reviews for new and existing suppliers.
* Lead the Vendor Onboarding process, ensuring suppliers meet BAM's quality, safety, and compliance standards.
* Manage and support Subcontractor Appraisals, ensuring evaluation data is captured and actions tracked.
* Produce and maintain Spend Reports, identifying trends, risks, and cost saving opportunities.
* Compile Capacity Reports to support project planning and supply chain risk assessment.
* Monitor performance insights and provide internal stakeholders with actionable reports and recommendations.
* Coordinate Supply Chain Engagement Activities, including events, workshops, and site visits.
* Oversee Supplier Feedback & Survey Programmes, tracking responses and implementing improvement actions.
* Support the development and promotion of the Innovation Hub, encouraging supplier led innovation and new solutions.
* Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes and systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall supplier performance.
* Drive sustainability, digitalisation, and modernisation initiatives within the supply chain.
What do you bring to the role?
* Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or commercial operations (construction sector preferred).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple workflows.
* Understanding of supplier due diligence, risk management, and governance frameworks.
