As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing efficient support to senior management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards and financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior management with administration, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain accurate records in line with data protection and regulatory policy.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments using accounts systems.
* Assist with payroll preparation and staff timesheet collation.
* Prepare regular financial reports.
* Maintain staff recruitment, induction, and training records.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams as required.
