Job DescriptionKare Plan Ltd is a rapidly expanding family run Irish independent company. We provide an excellent home care service to the elderly and disabled. We are HSE approved and many of our referrals come from medical professionals. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Recruiter to join our HR team at our Dublin 5 office. The candidate will be required to have strong recruitment experience ideally in the healthcare sector, be fully conversant with Irish employment law and have experience in a fast paced environment. The role will involve occasional travel.Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.Main Responsibilities:Review CV's, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview processes forward in a timely mannerEnsure a positive candidate experience through excellent recruitment processesEnsure employee/HR records are updated and completed to meet employment legislation requirements and business needsAssist with induction training for new staffProduce HR management information, reports, and statisticsRequirements:Min of 1 year recruitment experienceHave the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a teamMust be detail orientatedHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OutlookGood written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
